Is there a list that has the minor league coaches in alphabetical order, with their team next to the name? If not, it would be very useful for sending to former players who are now coaching. If there is, where is it?

I don't have what you seek. I broke the coaches down by team and MLB organization. If you need someone in particular, use the search tool. Wolvie has a partial list in excel, and you can make that go into alpha order. I think I deleted my copy of it, though.
